He has 14 years of banking experience prior to joining the executive search industry in the year 2000. Benson has held senior appointments such as Head of Banking Industry, Regional Manager South Asia, with international banks. He has diverse experience in the banking industry having worked in areas such as asset distribution, loans syndication, structured trade finance, securities services and institutional relationship management. He had worked in OCBC Bank, Royal Bank of Canada and Citibank over the 14-year period.  Benson is currently the Managing Director of Trustford.
