In his 37 years career with United Overseas Bank Group, he covered numerous positions and rose to Management level as Global Head

of Financial Institutions Goup. He started as a dealer covering FX & Money Markets and worked in New York for 7 years. Upon his return

to Singapore ( Head Office ), Frank's responsibilities included the management of Financial Futures & Precious Metals trading activities,

Treasury Settlements & Operations Support and as Deputy Head of UOB Bullion & Futures. He established the Financial Institutions Group business that covered Global Account Relationship Management, Custody, Bank Syndications & Trade Finance, as well as critical

support  functions relating to Counterparty & Sovereign Credit Risk and Credit Control, Governance & Administration.

He also served as Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Finance, Investment & Trade in The ASEAN Banking Council for several years.  Currently, Frank serves as a member of The Advisory Committee in the School of Business & Accountancy at Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
