She has more than 30 years of banking experience with UOB Banking group prior to joining the executive search industry. She has wide ranging experience in the banking industry having been in credit administration, audit, capital markets, corporate planning and project roles. She held senior appointments such as Head of Credit Risk Management, Director of the bank’s Nominee Company and managing the sizeable loan book of the bank’s overseas branch network. She has worked at the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS) where she was in charge of its credit, corporate banking, risk management, anti-money laundering, trade and other technical committees. Whilst at ABS, she handled the Association’s Inaugural Asia Pacific Financial Crime Conference and assisted with the planning for MAS’ yearly Risk Management Conferences.
