She has more than 20 years of industry experience prior to joining the executive search industry. A large part of it was in banking services, her forte being in Cash Management Services. Prior to assuming business development responsibilities, she was leading the implementation team in another major foreign bank also in the Transactional Banking area. Her earlier years working as a Systems Engineer has made it possible for her to make an entry into banking when technology became a key focus. She spent most of her career with Chase Manhattan Bank and Standard Chartered Bank
